This one-day course, Behavioural Safety Practice, looks more at what is happening under the hard hat instead of the normal “you can’t do that”. It looks at the human factors that drive our actions, are our actions the same at work as at home? The consequences are the same. Are we being set up to fail or are we deliberately breaking the rules. Have you ever driven a routine route, got home and thought “I can’t remember that part of the journey?”.
