These courses are tailor made to the individual company. They can be delivered to a newly appointed person, refresher training for appointed persons or as part of the pre-appointment process.
The course is normally delivered over 2-3 days, depending on requirements, and contains classroom delivered topics covering how to deal with emergencies, communications, log keeping, stress management etc. Scenarios are then acted out on our control room simulator, where the exercises are moulded around the companies Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
