Challenge East with Siemens

In April 2025, East Coast Training Academy was delighted to welcome Siemens to its flagship Challenge East event earlier this year. Held over two days, the event offered a unique blend of immersive activities designed to foster teamwork, resilience and practical skills in a high-energy environment.

Participants engaged in a variety of hands-on experiences, including survival tank simulations, maritime navigation exercises and escape room-style challenges set within the Academy’s working at height and confined space training areas. The programme also featured essential first aid training and practice in real life scenarios, encouraging attendees to develop both technical competencies and collaborative problem-solving abilities.

Challenge East continues to be a cornerstone of the academy’s commitment to experiential learning, providing stakeholders with valuable insights into the innovative approaches shaping workforce development in the region.
