This programme is for Sole Traders looking for tips on how to create a successful business.
This is a fast-paced delivery of all the key elements you will need to build a successful business. You will compare how you are doing against traits of successful businesses, identify what is missing or needs to be worked upon, and begin to set out a plan for your growth.
This programme will provide sole traders with tips on:
– What are the characteristics of a successful business
– What elements are required at different stages of growth
– The role of a business owner
– When and how to get additional support
– Knowing when and which part of your business to invest
– When to make the leap
There is no practical assessment for this course, but there is homework set, with review and feedback from the Tutor, Tom Yeung.
